• Responsibility in your CoE for request acceptance decisions in the KV full insurance and business incidents where a medical risk assessment is required (in particular also change of tariff according to §204 VVG)
• Ensuring good adoption decisions and an excellent service and thus contributing to the success and growth of KV
• Contact person for defined sales and other jobs in the house, in particular the sales service
• Separation of escalation cases
• Design of the strategic orientation of the CoE in coordination with the Tribe Lead and orientation of the CoE's objectives to higher-level corporate objectives and the acquisition of
• Objective implementation measures

You

• have completed a degree in the fields of business management, health management (or similar) or a comparable qualification
• has well-founded professional experience in underwriting and in the KV
• are already experienced as possible in the personal management and professional development of employees
• has an Agiles mindset and ready to use agile methods
• have a strong leadership and communication strength as well as team skills and joy in dealing with people
