Your responsibilities: I take the administration of selected IT security and service management systems within the special IT. I am responsible for the provision, operation and further development of the monitoring, a CMDB solution and systems adjacent to the profile. I analyze technical and technical requirements, translate them into technical implementation concepts and work them in close cooperation with Product Owner, the team, internal customers and suppliers as part of the change management. I develop, implement and improve safety-critical system solutions in the responsibility of the value stream “IT Service Management”. As an expert for the listed systems, I specifically advise stakeholders about the technology used and see myself as an enabler for my systems. I assure the availability and quality of the services that I am responsible for, guarantee first and second level support and participate in a changing, additionally remunerated readiness.
