Check-in/check-out of our guests and guest care throughout the stay. Contract agreements with guests/groups. General reception tasks such as correspondence, invoice creation, cash management and conclusion, processing of bookings and reservations on the current booking platforms, support of the telephone center. Advising and completing memberships. Small sale.

You have a school degree in your pocket and ideally have professional experience. You are a host with passion and have a structured, targeted and solution-oriented way of working. Team skills and social competence characterize you. You have computer knowledge or experience in handling MS Office. You have certain knowledge of German in word and writing and ideally also about English. You're ready for a 5-day week and shift service.
