Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economic Engineering or Comparative Qualification Long-standing professional experience in international controlling, finance or transformation functions Multiannual experience in managing complex transformation and SAP projects, including experience in global SAP S/4HANA implementations Knowledge of accounting according to HGB and IFRS as well as with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA, in particular in the FI and CO modules Ideally knowledge and practical experience in transfer pricing and EU taxonomy Extensive experience in international project and stakeholder management Embossed strategic and entrepreneurial thinking as well as a high analytical and conceptual understanding Excellent communication and presentation skills (in both German and English) Power of persuasion and ability to control complex matrix organisations High levels of change and implementation Willingness to occasional (also) international trips to a small extent
