Own-responsible management of the entire area of rental contract Professional and disciplinary leadership of about 10 employees in the central office as well as professional leadership of employees abroad in the area of rental Reporting on processes and key figures in rental contracts Examination of ancillary cost accounting and controlling management services Cooperation with financial accounting with regard to ensuring the number runs (rents, additional costs, etc.) and coordination with provisions Monitoring of all contractual deadlines with regard to e.g. option drawing or termination Legal assessment of the lease agreements and further procedure in disputes with contractors Retreat existing leases Contact person for internal interfaces (expansion, construction and technical maintenance) as well as external interfaces such as landlords and service providers

Successfully completed economic studies or vocational training with corresponding additional qualification Multiannual professional experience related to commercial properties and leadership experience Good knowledge of industrial property law as well as the handling of rental contracts Safe handling of the current IT tools and ideally experience dealing with Tradenet High conception and proactive and self-responsibility Good knowledge of English
