A successfully completed technical training with master or technician qualification or a comparable qualification, ideally in special vehicle construction or in a comparable industry Founded professional and leadership experience Communication strength, decision-making and a sovereign occurrence Entrepreneurial and distinct customer and service-oriented thinking Safe handling of key figures and operational evaluations A high level of ownership, reliability, team capacity and commitment driving class B; class C is desirable
