Planning and implementation of group coaching for trainees of nursing assistance to the cooperating nursing schools Support and support for trainees in personal, social and educational challenges Implementation of vocational orientation offers at general schools in the regions of Neuwied and Koblenz Designing of application trainings for preparation for entry into an education in the care area Implementation of individual aids and crisis interventions for individual support needs Documentation of educational measures and progress in development on the basis of target agreements and funding plans Cooperation with nursing schools, cooperation partners and other actors involved in the project As a social pedagogue (w/m/d) you will accompany trainees of nursing assistance with personal, social and educational questions. You strengthen young people in their professional development, promote their self-effectiveness and support them in successfully continuing their training path. Graduate or Master degree with at least three years of professional experience Experience in working with young adults or people with special support needs Secure computer skills and routine handling of digital documentation systems Impressed communication skills and joy in working with different target groups High team capability and willingness to interdisciplinary cooperation Embossed social competence, empathy and professional relationship management Self-employed, structured and customer-oriented work The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
