They develop and control fundraising measures for our projects and thus contribute to financial support. You build relationships and maintain them by identifying and developing contacts with donors as well as companies and foundations. You create donation emailings and fundraising materials specially tailored to our target groups. They analyze current fundraising trends and use these findings to unlock new opportunities for us. They organize and implement fundraising events that strengthen our network and increase our reach. They are responsible for reporting and evaluating our fundraising activities.

They have extensive experience in fundraising, master all their instruments and use them skillfully. They have excellent communication skills, conceptual thinking and analytical strength. They work independently, structured and responsible to achieve our goals. They convince with their expression, both oral and written, and move safely in different social contexts. They are characterized by excellent organizational skills and team spirit. They are reliable, creative and enthusiastic to explore new paths in fundraising. They have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
