TV Entg0 DRV Activity The Audit Office examines the business processes of the German Pension Insurance Federation. The Real Estate Management team is one of seven teams in the Audit Office, which advises the relevant department how process and work processes can be improved. The subject of his examinations is all the processes of construction in the nationwide properties of the DRV-Bund, from planning to tendering, awarding, execution to deficiencies. Furthermore, the assessment of the management of land, buildings and technical installations is one of the tasks.

As a team leader*in the Audit Office with the focus on real estate management, you are responsible for the professional and personnel management of a team of 6 employees. You understand yourself as a value-assuring leader and support your team in all technical questions. In addition, you will take over the following activities: You accompany audits of the administrative trade in construction engineering areas on regularity, practicality and cost-effectiveness (e.g. audits of construction projects and procedural checks) You design the audit plan for the work unit and sign audit reports You monitor the handling of complaints in your team You may participate in special reviews and working groups Due to the partly local examinations of construction projects, the activity is partly linked to well-planned service trips.
