Construction supervisor - Construction / Contract management / Tendering (m/f/d)

You conduct the supervision of local construction monitoring and coordinate all project participants of our complex construction projects You focus on construction management for transport systems and engineering constructions such as trog constructions, rain retention basins, support structures, noise protection walls, sewers and underground stations You provide services according to LPH 8 HOAI from the construction phase to the final acceptance You monitor the quality of construction companies and conduct a building diary You control costs, seek and eliminate defects and check the schedules or schedules Deadlines You conduct careful contract management, including analysis, contract design, risk assessment and minimisation, as well as conscientious follow-up management on contractual changes

You have a successful degree as a Dipl.-Ing. or a Bachelor's or Master's degree (TU/FH) in civil engineering, architecture or a similar field, ideally with deepening in constructive engineering You have good knowledge of building law (VOB, HOAI, BGB) You master an AVA software (at best RIB iTWO) and MS Office and have experience in time management with MS Project You speak fluently or insecurely German You work independently and structured and have good team, planning and organisational skills
