We are researching and consulting for municipalities, as well as for the federal government, countries and housing industry. We also conduct basic research. Our work is based on sound analyses and reviews of housing markets, demographic processes and the dynamics of urban development. We develop forecasts and scenarios, create strategic location, urban development and housing market concepts. We work together as a small team. A joint exchange and further development of personal strengths and goals as well as regular adaptation to market conditions are important to us.

Creation of housing market analyses and housing market concepts Creation of site analyses and urban development concepts Development of strategies for housing market and housing policy independent management and processing of projects from acquisition to completion personal advice from municipalities Presentation and (communal) political mediation in municipal bodies/committees independent customer contact Acquisition of new projects

multiannual professional experience in the field of housing market/apartment economy, housing policy and/or, real estate management or urban development(splanung) as a basic prerequisite Diploma/master degree in geography, economics, social sciences, real estate management or related studies friendly and collegial being and desire to find creative solutions in the team personal, friendly and professionally competent customer support and support as well as experience in dealing with contracting authorities multiannual experience in systematic data processing and analysis with Excel and interpretation of housing market data the ability to write convincing opinions and motivation to understand processes of the housing market Experience in the implementation and moderation of working sessions, workshops and presentation and discussion of results in working groups, bodies and committees
