Expert advice from customers and planners on products & spare parts Planning and coordination of service operations Telephone support for technical questions Design of ventilation systems Cooperation with sales & quality assurance, e.g. in complaints Conducting individual service work at the customer on site Support for product development and optimization of existing solutions

Complete commercial training with technical understanding or technical training (e.g. in the area of SHK, ventilation, mechatronics, etc.) First professional experience in technical customer service or support Safe handling of MS Office Very good knowledge of German in word and writing readiness to travel for separate applications and driving licence class B Embossed service orientation, team spirit and hands-on mentality
