IAM Specialist / Identity & Access Management – IT Security & Governance (m|w|d)

IAM strategy: further development of the IAM framework in line with IT strategy, digital resilience, cloud-IAM and zero-trust IAM Transformation: Redemption of the existing IAM tool and introduction of a modern IAM platform incl. Concepts and standards Compliance & Regulation: Ensure regulatory requirements (including MaRisk, DORA) throughout the IAM process environment IAM Processes & Controls: Control of Central IAM Processes and Controls for an Effective Permission and Access Concept Authentication & PAM: Optimizing existing authentication and privileged access management solutions Stakeholder control: interface management and understandable communication of specifications, concepts and standards

A completed study of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable qualification with clear IT reference Multiannual professional experience in identity & access management, ideally with implementation experience of new IAM systems Deep technical understanding in the IAM and Security environment, proven experience in managing complex IT projects and control competencies as well as sound know-how in authentication technologies and Privileged Access Management (PAM) Safe handling of regulatory requirements and their implementation in practical IAM processes Remarkable: Certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CIAM, Cloud Certifications) and Knowledge in SAP Legacy Management Impressed analytical and communicative skills as well as reliable knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English in word and writing
