Together with your team, you drive the digitalization of the group of companies forward – your focus is on IT, ERP and master data departments You assume the overall responsibility for our IT organization – from the system landscape to IT security to the control of external service providers Our ERP system, including the underlying processes, continuously develops and optimizes existing structures For efficient master data management and high data quality As a strategic partner, you strengthen cooperation with the departments With your leadership style, you motivate and develop your teams and create an environment where responsibility and innovation are lived Of course, you will get a comprehensive introduction to your new task area. You bring comprehensive experience in a leading role in IT or digitization, ideally in the trade environment or a medium-sized company A pronounced IT affinity and well-founded skills in handling modern system landscapes are of course for you. You are trained in the use of innovative technologies and have gained profound experience in managing cross-disciplinary projects You think strategically and trade entrepreneurially, develop proactive solutions, drive digital development forward and show hands-on mentality With enthusiasm and empathy, you take the leadership of teams.
