Expert Quantity Survey - Mechanical & Electrical (m/f/d)

The Expert Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical and Electrical) (m/f/d) supports subcontracting within their area of expertise throughout the project full lifecycle. The Quantity Surveyor plays an integral role within the Procurement & Subcontracting Team by managing the interface between Engineering and Procurement & Subcontracting, as well as overseeing the subcontractor payment application process. Your responsibilities include: Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to estimate quantities and costs. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs) or Schedules of Council specific to M&E systems. Use digital tools (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX, Revit, BIM) to ensure precision and efficiency in quantification. Verify subcontractor payment applications and progress reports. Support the Subcontract Manager with final measurements for contract close-out.

Third-level education diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. At least five years of relevant post-qualification experience with a main contractor. Relevant experience in EPC client projects with a total value exceeding €500 million. Computer literate, with working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Ability to work coloring with figures.
