ElbX Technical Controller (m/f/d)

Be part of one of Germany's most exciting infrastructure projects: ElbX. As a technical controller*in you actively control costs, services and forecasts in tunnel construction and work closely with the project management directly on the construction site. Creation, development and maintenance of work costing as well as participation in monthly and project financial statements Regular coordination with project management on technical, economic and terminological project topics Implementation of target-actual comparisons, cost analyses, forecasts and deviation analyses Monitoring and analysis of cost and performance progress in the project Creation of post-calculations and derivation of optimization measures Support in contract and follow-up management Participation in project accounting and performance recording Preparation of controlling reports and decision bases for project management

Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification At least 3 years of professional experience in technical controlling, ideally in engineering or infrastructure construction or in tunnel construction Safe handling of costing and controlling tools, preferably RIB iTWO Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel Analytical thinkability and a structured and independent way of working High team orientation, reliability and sense of responsibility German language skills in word and writing Willingness to project-related operations directly at the construction site
