You are the first respondent for people who want to trustfully place the sale of their property in our hands. After contacting them, you will contact them, clarify the key data and then map the important interface to our license partners You correspond mainly by phone and help the owners for all further questions You support in the Daily Business and take over other important administrative tasks, such as creating invoices or designing newsletters You are with curiosity and brings optimisation suggestions about our processes

As a registered student (w/m/d), you could ideally gain first practical experience in customer contact Your professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness characterize your strong service and customer orientation It is easy for you to interact with a variety of stakeholders in a targeted and eye-level manner You work carefully and responsibly and have a good technical and analytical understanding You are familiar with the popular MS Office products, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and have ideally been able to gain first experience with the G Suite products
