Strategic management: strategic management of our finances, personnel, law, purchasing, sales and facility management in cooperation with our experienced management staff Central Financial Coordination: Control and coordination of our entire financial area in close coordination with the management of our (financial) controller. Total Commercial Responsibility: Takeover of responsibility for total commercial management and regular reporting to our management Efficiency and structural development: continuous development and optimization of our organizational structures and processes within our central services. Economic framework: monitoring and design of our financial and legal framework, with particular focus on economic efficiency, compliance and competitiveness. Service excellence: sustainable optimization of internal services in terms of efficiency enhancement, quality assurance and sustainability.

Academic basis: successfully completed economic studies. Leadership expert: multi-year leadership experience in a commercial management function, ideally in the IT environment or in an organization with complex structures. Financial understanding: sound understanding of finance and controlling, with the operational management not necessarily having to be taken over. Strategic competence: experience in process design, change management and strategic control. Additional knowledge: know-how in the fields of personnel and law desirable. Design will: joy in building structures as well as accompanying change processes and parallel control of several topics. Personal strength: self-responsibility, clear communication and sovereign appearance inside and outside.
