You plan and run travel bookings for business trips by employees:inside the Arthrex GmbH, including Dubai, as well as for external partners:inside by booking portals (Concur Travel and Amadeus) Compare offers and book flights, hotels, car hire, train trips and organize transfers and shuttles If necessary, organize evening events and restaurant bookings and negotiate with hotels via group quotas You plan and book travels for customers: women (doctors and medical specialists) in training, hospitations, forums and events, taking into account the compliance regulations and, if necessary, for external partners: women, e.g. applicants: women and consultants In addition, select rooms for external Arthrex events, pick up offers and enter contracts in consultation with the manager including the directory of offers for passenger transport (e.g. bus, shuttle) They control invoices and contribute to the further development and optimization of work processes
