Senior Consultant ITSM Digitalisation (m/w/d) from now on and in full time in Bonn or Munich, alternatively nationwide at one of our BWI locations. The Center of Excellence Consulting of the BWI acts as a trusted and established partner of the Bundeswehr. As part of the IT system house of the Bundeswehr, we work together with our internal and military customers on the development of the BWI and our armed forces. As a pioneer, we design the digital nervous system, develop IT strategies and accompany digitization projects. The consulting field Digital Process Conversion Automation supports the sustainable increase in the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, from actual analysis to strategy development and conception to the implementation of optimized digitization and automation solutions. Strengthen our team, drive exciting topics at the BWI, Bundeswehr and the federal authorities and continue to build the DPC area with us.

Analysis of IT service management processes on their actual degree of digitization and automation

Successfully completed studies with the focus on IT management, an STEM subject (mathematics, computer science, natural science, technology) or comparable vocational training

At least four years of professional experience in process management and IT service management (e.g. ITIL) Experience in the area of digitalization of ITSM processes with USU Service Management and/or IBM ICD/Maximo

IREB certification and characteristics in the ADMBw area desirable

Interest to build assessment and consulting skills with a view to established procedures and new technologies and trends
