You take over the independent order processing, create invoices and maintain customer and order data in the system. You serve the contract processes and keep payment receipts as well as open receivables confidently in view. As a service-oriented contact person, you are competent and binding to customers in case of queries for billing. You actively support the creation of monthly and annual accounts and budget planning and forecasts.
You have a completed commercial training or a corresponding study. You bring several years of practice in the manufacture or commercial order processing. An experienced handling of MS Office (especially Excel) is of course for you; Knowledge in SAP is an advantage. You are characterized by a high number understanding, structured working and ideally basic knowledge of accounting.
