The Stadtwerke Bad Vilbel GmbH operates the gas, water, electricity and heat supply sectors as a municipal supply company in the cross-linked network as well as a transport operation. From now on we look for you as Assistance Organization / Staff in parttime with 20 hours (m/w/d) fixed for two years

You represent the Secretariat of the Management You support business leaders in organizational and administrative issues You organize committee meetings, take on board and administer the decisions In the time recording system administrate and maintain the time data of the employees

You can demonstrate a completed commercial training You have a very good oral and written expressive capacity and communicate clearly, structured and professionally Through your hands-on mentality, you want to constantly develop and optimize the existing operating processes It gives you the pleasure to research new topics with a big initiative and to identify more complex relationships Ideally, you have already been able to gain professional experience in human resources and know well with the P&I LOGA software
