As a construction engineer (m/w/d), you will become part of our team and ensure that construction processes run smoothly. Your main task is to safely guide heavy machinery such as excavators, wheel loaders and cranes and to take responsibility for their maintenance to ensure efficient work.

• You serve and control construction equipment and machines like excavators, cranes and wheel loaders.
• You carry out precise earth, transport and lifting work.
• You wait and care for the machines and keep them ready for use.
• You support the planning and coordination of projects, especially in Westerstede and the surrounding area.
• You work closely with other team members and contribute your expertise to the daily operation.

We are looking for

Do you want to get started as a construction engineer (m/w/d)? Then the following qualifications and skills should fit you. Don't worry, even with little professional experience, you can start here. However, technical understanding and sense of responsibility are essential for this task. Your site is Westerstede – that is why local reference is advantageous.

• Ideally, you have a completed training as a construction device leader or a comparable qualification.
• You bring technical understanding and craftsmanship.
• Ideally, you have first experience in handling construction equipment or are motivated to work quickly.
• You can work independently and are willing to take responsibility for machines and processes.
• You have good knowledge of German to ensure communication with your team and clients.
• You know the surroundings of Westerstede or are ready to work in this region.
