Operations Manager (m/f/d)

In this key position, you take over the overall responsibility for the operational workshop operation and run a team of around 65 employees. You actively shape processes, develop structures and, together with your team, ensure efficient, safe and quality-oriented maintenance of the commercial vehicle fleet. Leadership and further development of a team of about 65 employees Control and optimization of workshop operations including maintenance, processes, capacities and resources Ensuring a timely, economic and quality service Responsibility for work safety, quality standards, key figures management and continuous process improvements Cooperation with internal interfaces, external service providers and participation in budget and investment planning

Technical training or commercial studies, master qualification, farmer or comparable background with several years of experience ideally in the commercial vehicle sector leadership experience in a workshop or a technically shaped environment, ideally with larger teams Experience in the organization of complex operations and in the handling of key figures Designed leadership and communication skills and structured working methods Hands-on mentality, sense of responsibility and joy in the further development of people and processes
