In your function as a manufacturing master in the field of assembly (m/w/x), you combine sound technical know-how with leadership – you are equally responsible for stable production processes as well as for the further development of your team. Your duties include: disciplinary and professional guidance of a group of about 15 employees in various assembly lines

close cooperation with management to define and implement clear, measurable objectives in line with the corporate strategy

Responsibility for appointment, quality, quantity and cost-effectiveness of the assigned lines

Further development of processes within the framework of the CS and LEAN approaches, as well as responsibility for the development, implementation and continuous expansion of quality and process standards to ensure maximum efficiency and consistency

Accompanying new lines from introduction to series production in cooperation with work preparation and technology development

Voting with MRP and order control for optimal personnel deployment planning

continuous development of the team, both individually and as a group

(m/w/x), industrial master (m/w/x) or technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering)

multi-year professional experience in the assembly environment and first leadership experience

well-founded knowledge of process improvement methods, especially in LEAN management, with specific know-how in LEAN principles such as the 5S system, pull systems and value flow analyses

Experience in handling quality tools, e.g. 8D, A3, Ishikawa, PDCA, of advantage

target-oriented operation with experience in monitoring and analysis of performance indicators

strong solution orientation and practical experience in improving on site and promoting a continuous optimization culture

Flexibility and pragmatic action, with a clear view to long-term perspectives

safe handling of MS Office, SAP and web-based systems
