Production Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Performance of quality controls according to predefined standards and instructions Reporting of malfunctions or deviations in the production process to the team management Ensure that parts, components and documents meet the quality requirements Installation, operation and adaptation of production plants and machines (including pilot runs) Monitoring of production quality and immediate reaction in defective products Documentation of daily production processes and pilot runs Compliance with safety, environmental and health rules Constructive cooperation with supervisors and colleagues

Completed schooling or vocational training (e.g. in the field of industrial technology) Professional experience in production is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary Technical understanding and willingness to work on machines Careful and responsible operation Teamability, reliability and readiness to learn new things
