We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the field of process management:

They shall ensure the achievement of the quantitative targets of customer support in relation to the relevant telephone and written customer support activities.

They coordinate planning activities such as the forecast for customer service combined with corresponding exchange to the external locations to ensure excellent planning and day management.

You create and optimize the reporting of customer support via all contact channels.

They plan operational, tactical and strategic forecasts for all contact channels for short-term and long-term resource and capacity consideration.

You will develop workforce management tools, methods and control instruments independently and optimize the digital channel mix

In interdisciplinary projects, you actively contribute to customer service requirements.

Successfully completed economic studies

Multiannual professional experience in the control and personnel deployment planning, like in the EVU industry

Enforcement and negotiation skills

Structured and efficient operation with pronounced solution competence

Result-oriented and entrepreneurial action

High self-motivation with fun on challenging topics

Very good knowledge of common office applications
