Executive Assistant - Future Leaders Program (m/f/d)

Cooperation with the Management Board (w/m/d): As a Management Assistant (w/m/d), you work closely with the Management Board member of the Finance and Risk Management department and gain valuable insights into financial management processes, strategic decisions and the work of central corporate bodies. You create independent decision-making templates, reports, financial analyses and presentations and prepare Supervisory Board, Management and Committee meetings before and after. Project work: During the program, you will participate in strategic and conceptual tasks in the financial sector. You support the issues of accounting, accompany the preparation and analysis of annual and consolidated financial statements and contribute to the preparation of financial planning, control and decision-making processes. In addition, you undertake coordinating tasks in the work of the committee, in particular in the structured preparation of documents, draft resolutions and follow-up of results. Finance, accounting and committee work: You analyze financial key figures, prepare complex issues address-oriented and support issues related to accounting, accounting processes and financial management. At the same time, through careful preparation, clear documentation and reliable follow-up, you will ensure that committee meetings can be carried out efficiently and in a decision-oriented manner. Leadership Training: Participation in our 15-month executive post-growth program gives you comprehensive training in the areas of leadership, team management, conflict resolution, communication and other relevant skills that will help you prepare for leadership tasks. Networking: As part of your activity and the management growth program, you will establish valuable contacts within the company and the industry.

You already bring this with: Studies: Your Master's or Diploma degree course, ideally focusing on finance, accounting, controlling or accounting, you have completed above-average success. International experience: You have international experience as part of a study or a first professional activity, for example through an internship. Skills: You have very good knowledge of finance and accounting, as well as a strong understanding of economic relations. Complex financial circumstances prepare structured, precise and addressable. In addition, you work carefully, confidentially and bindingly and enjoy working in committee processes and strategic questions. Language skills: You have excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
