From now on, or at the next possible time, we occupy the position: Payroll Speacialist (w|m|d) Reference to the place: This position is limited to 2 years in the context of a parental leave office.

Fee billing• You create the pay bills for our employees and ensure compliance with tariff, legal and operational requirements

Annual accounts & audits• You support financial statements and accompany internal and external audits reliably and competently

Corrections & reckoning• Necessary corrections and reckonings You carefully and on time

Test routines & quality assurance• You carry out audit routines as part of the final work and ensure high data quality in the accounting processes

Communications• The correspondence with authorities, health insurance companies and social security institutions is in your hands

Projects & Development• You actively contribute to personal projects and support the further development of existing processes and test routines

Qualifications You have a completed professional training or a comparable qualification

Professional experience• You bring several years of experience in pay billing and ideally know the requirements of the time economy and of shift models.

Knowledge• In the right to work, tariff, tax and social security, you move safely and keep your knowledge up to date

IT knowledge• Safe handling of MS Excel is self-evident • Experiences with SAP HR or comparable personal management software are advantageous
