Support of an associated customer group Order processing and price maintenance Recording of (new) customer requirements Creating offers in coordination with management and offering monitoring Organization and preparation of patterns Capture and edit complaints Creating specifications/product data sheets in line with product development and quality management Communication with customers and forwardings during delivery delays Internal communication interface between sales and production clarification and processing of open items

completed commercial vocational training and first professional experience in a comparable position or study (BWL or comparable) An independent, structured and solution-oriented approach Good customer and service orientation Very good communication capability and safe occurrence Very good MS Office knowledge Responsibility and team spirit High load capacity Ideally also good English knowledge in word and writing
