The responsibility for the main book of our KYOCERA group companies lies in your area of responsibility, while simultaneously acting as an interface to the colleagues of the secondary books You are responsible for the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS, ensuring that our financial figures are reliable and meaningful at any time As a key representative for Group Reporting, you ensure compliance with our Group Accounting Standards, report to the Japanese parent company and communicate with international colleagues in English. With your professional know-how, you support the department management, take over their representation if necessary, and are competent to assist internal and external contact persons Your own ideas are explicitly welcome: you recognize optimization potentials in our accounting processes, develop practical solutions and implement them independently. Together with colleagues, you develop cross-disciplinary projects around “One Finance”, drive synergies and ensure compliance with relevant controls Your tasks include regular account arrangements, close cooperation with HR and Payroll as well as support for the professional development of the team

Completed studies or comparable training in the field of financial/ accounting Multiannual professional experience in accounting in a comparable position safe handling of accounting according to HGB and IFRS as well as very good MS office identifiers; SAP FI knowledge is an advantage You are characterized by a positive attitude, high performance and a proactive and reliable way of working Your analytical skills and your high willingness to use motivate you to take over new tasks and projects and continuously develop yourself You are open to new technologies and changes, question the status quo, introduce proactive ideas and take into account the perspectives of the team members You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
