Based on your research findings, you will identify the appropriate educational formats and test them in practical, representative environments. Through your targeted and strategic integration into teaching, both the project and our students benefit directly from your knowledge and knowledge. They think beyond specialist boundaries and use a broad network: In exchange with colleagues, students and international experts, you are passionately following current and innovative trends in digital education and let new ideas flow directly into your work. They have a completed, relevant university degree (master, diploma or comparable) – ideally related to education, education technology, vocational education or the economic and social sciences, and also psychology. Expertise on topics such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), New Work, Competence Research and Lifelong Learning is an advantage and makes you an ideal reinforcement for our team. They bring comprehensive experience in agile project management and understand that projects are dynamically and targeted. They are familiar with empirical research methods and can prepare your findings in a structured and sound manner. Very good knowledge of English in word and writing as well as the readiness to travel abroad are your profile.
