In this role, you are fully responsible for the areas of Purchasing, Logistics and Disposition in a high-growth, private equity-funded medium-sized company. In this key position, you exert direct influence on strategic decisions and have the chance to actively shape new structures and processes.

Development and implementation of a holistic purchasing and supply chain strategy Management and further development of the areas Purchasing, Logistics and Disposition Optimization of processes, cost structures and delivery performance Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with suppliers worldwide Conception and implementation of digitalization initiatives in purchasing and supply chain Close cooperation with internal stakeholders to ensure efficiency and transparency Active role as a change leader in ongoing cultural change

Complete studies in the field of business management, supply chain management, logistics, engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in strategic purchasing and supply chain management in a medium-sized (ideally private equity-funded) environment Detectable successes in transformations, restructurings and/or growth projects High digital affinity and experience in the use of modern IT and ERP systems Leadership competence: motivating, powerful and hands-on Negotiation Security and Communication Strength in German and English Excellent analytical and conceptual skills Will and energy to move things and implement ambitious goals JOBV1_EN
