Your tasks: welcome, advise and forward to the subsequent specialist service; maintain customers during waiting periods and live the 'host roll'; provide telephone information on the questions of the workshop service and contribute to the preparation and completion of the appointment/order creation; Manage gates and vehicle releases as well as accompanying documents and for completeness or verify accuracy; collect and maintain customer and vehicle data according to requirements in the systems; coordinate and bring service in cooperation with the relevant team and service masters and monitor the appropriate dates; Further development of our processes towards digitalization.

To be perfectly qualified for the job, you own: Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training (also from the hotel and gastronomy sector); Good knowledge of popular MS Office products; Mercedes-Benz brand knowledge desirable; knowledge of foreign languages helpful; communication skills and experiences in personal customer contact as well as pleasure in dealing with people; organisational and team capacity; independent and customer/service-oriented mode of operation; flexibility and readiness for shiftwork to ensure our opening hours; driving licence class B; Well-kept appearance.
