Our project has far-reaching implications for the structure and tasks of our department and is characterized by numerous interfaces with internal and external partners. In order to improve communication in the project and to optimally collect all participants, we offer an internship for the development and implementation of a communication strategy. Our team is enthusiastic about complex challenges and is actively driving the further development of our department. You will be part of a dynamic environment where communication, digital tools and strategic thinking are required. These challenges come to you, among other things: You develop a communication strategy for an inter-area project with internal and external interfaces You design a communication concept for transparent information and active involvement of all stakeholders You support the implementation of the communication measures (e.g. presentations, newsletters, workshops, digital formats) You analyze existing communication processes and identify potential improvements You work with digital tools and methods for visualizing and structuring information You coordinate coordination with various project participants and support the project team in internal communication The activity can start from January 2026.

Continuous studies in the field of communication sciences, economic engineering, business informatics, media management or a comparable course of study related to communication, project management or digitalization Secure knowledge of German and English Secure handling of MS Office and digital collaboration tools (e.g. Miro, SharePoint, Teams) Commitment, proactive action and team capacity Analytical way of thinking and structured working Creativity and a good sense of targeted communication Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary.
