Management Consultant (m/f/d)

Advising the management of our customers in issues relating to business models, digitalization, innovations, AI-based approaches, IT management and current regulatory challenges with the focus on the securities and/or Credit or payment transactions Varied projects at Germany's leading financial institutions for the development of customer and product strategies, advice regarding organizational transformation, optimization of processes, design and operation of IT strategies Management of large and complex projects and programs – both agile, classic or hybrid Offer creation and participation in customer management and thematic development of our offer portfolio

At least 5 years of professional and project experience in strategy and management consulting for asset managers and banks Very good knowledge of the business models and digitalization agents of banks and corporations incl. the underlying regulatory requirements related to the securities or credit business or payment transactions Experience in supporting strategic projects e.g. in the context of business models, digitization, outsourcing and IT management Knowledge in the essay and control also large and complex project environments with responsibility for results Detectable experience in cooperation with C-Level and Senior Management Experience in creating high-quality and addressable presentations Outstanding communication skills, both in business and in technological topics – from work level to board Ability to use and develop modern digital and AI-based working methods in management consulting Complete university studies in economics, business informatics or comparable Very good German (min. C2 level) and very good English skills
