• Management and organization of the object team including personnel deployment planning

• Costing and creation of offers
• Monitoring the quality of work and compliance with performance directories and time requirements
• Quality assurance and documentation — Administrative, organisational and coordinating activities
• instructions, accompaniment and incorporation of cleaning staff
• If necessary: Operational support (accommodation, basic and special cleaning)

This is what distinguishes you:

• Completed 3-year vocational training
• At least two years of professional experience in industry or crafts
• Ideally experience in the object line or a comparable function
• Class B licence
• Embossed organisational and guidance skills
• Careful, structured working and view for details
• Flexibility, reliability and sensitivity to employees
