structured collection, analysis, prioritisation and documentation of requirements and coordination of these with all relevant stakeholders Operation and development of IT systems in the media production environment, including configuration, monitoring, implementation of changes and related documentation Cooperation in a ARD-wide team to ensure operation and further development of systems Working with the planning and realization of projects professional user-specific communication Incident Management, including the manufacturer

Take this with you: completed university studies or vocational training in the field of computer science, media informatics, communication or media technology or in a comparable field Experience and knowledge in the administration of IT systems and/or in request management Ideally, the following qualifications and characteristics are also distinguished: Experience in the management of requirements and expertise in working with agile working methods, especially Scrum and Kanban well-founded IT technology expertise in infrastructure and operating systems with experience in planning, maintenance, building and operating complex IT landscapes Experience in modern operating environments with container platforms (Docker/Podman), orchestration tools (Kubernetes/OpenShift) as well as understanding of microservice architectures and their requirements for operation and monitoring Willingness and motivation to continuously develop and learn new technologies and working methods good knowledge of German language with regard to extensive internal communication and good English language skills in word and writing strong team skills, clearly structured and self-responsive working methods as well as strong analytical, communicative and intermediary skills in handling technical content and different stakeholders readiness for flexible working time, including 2-shift operation and readiness to call with the advantages of a working time account
