IT Service Manager (m/f/d)

You actively shape the IT service landscape and develop innovative service strategies, service portfolios and IT sourcing concepts for a future-proof organization. You take responsibility for the entire service lifecycle from demand analysis to the introduction to the continuous optimization of IT services. You control and develop service provider partnerships and support the specialist areas in in and outsourcing measures, taking into account high quality, safety and compliance requirements. You drive digitization and change processes forward by planning and controlling IT budgets and continuously improving associated processes. You work at the interface of IT and specialist departments and provide advice, training and KPI-based control for high service quality and customer satisfaction.

You have a successfully completed university degree in a relevant field such as e.g. Computer Science or Business Informatics. You can already demonstrate several years of professional experience in a relevant field. You have extensive expertise and special knowledge in the described field of activity. You have a driving licence of class 3 or B. You think innovative, you like to work conceptually and prove a pronounced customer and target orientation.
