Payroll Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for managing and controlling the payroll processes for selected clients – from onboarding to ongoing payroll accounting to wage tax and social security checks. In doing so, you will focus on a challenging international client portfolio with a focus on German subsidiaries and domestic companies of international corporations at the Frankfurt location. You are the central contact person for clients and internal colleagues in matters of wage and social insurance law. As part of the management team, you will develop a team of about five employees professionally and personally. You actively promote the digitization, standardization and automation of multi-site payroll processes of our clients. In addition, you will be introducing yourself to the nationwide “Payroll Solutions Community” and promote the professional exchange and further development of our Payroll Services.

Completioned tax or commercial training (e.g. tax specialist) or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on wages. Multiannual experience in wage and salary accounting, preferably in the law firm, shared service or international environment. First leadership experience as well as the ability to develop teams and promote employees in a targeted manner; In addition, willingness to attend occasional missions (including senior meetings). Very good knowledge of German and good English, safe in handling payroll systems (ideally DATEV) as well as pleasure in digital, process-oriented methods.
