Professional and disciplinary leadership of the QS team incl. Further development, with focus on empowerment of employees Ensuring production and product quality: statistical evaluations (machine/process capabilities), standards and standards Process optimization (CVP) and cross-departmental communication with production, development, purchasing and sales Supplier Quality: Evaluation, development, complaint management and blocking of defective parts Care and further development of the CAQ system (Siemens CAQ) for error detection, complaints and statistics; also build clear process documentation and QS structures as well as ISO-9001-compliant implementation of the processes Compensation of documentation/signments with development and professional coordination with the Senior Specialist Chemical Application & Product Quality in chemical-related topics

Complete technical studies (e.g. plastics technology, mechanical engineering, production technology) or comparable qualification with further education in quality management Multiannual professional experience in the QS of a manufacturing company, ideally plastic processing (spray casting, blow moulding) Experience in team leadership/development as well as in building modern QS processes and structures Knowledge of QS methods and systems (CAQ, ideally Siemens CAQ, test planning, complaint and test equipment management, EMPB/PPAP) Safe handling of technical drawings and coordination with the design structured, powerful, solution-oriented working with a modern, capable understanding of leadership; very good German and good English skills
