For the Stuttgart location we are looking for a:n project manager:in view of a team management for the following activities: Planning and project management of TGA projects Professional leadership of 7 employees:inside (external) Negotiations with contractors and subcontractors are your responsibility They monitor and control external specialist engineers:in the preparation of performance directories and planning services according to HOAI In addition, coordinate, control and control the project sequence and the construction results

Complete studies in utility or building technology, building climate or completed training as technician:in or master:in Multiannual experience in the planning and design of TGA projects Cross-company expertise (e.g. MSR of advantage) Knowledge of all performance phases of HOAI Ideal experience in handling TGA software such as RiB iTWO, Revit, AutoCAD and liNear Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1) A solution-oriented operation, a “hands-on” mentality and the ability to work well in the team complete your profile.
