Would you like to help shape the future of ZEISS? In this challenging and exciting position, you are responsible for legal advice in a ZEISS division and act as a link to the legal and patent functions. In this role, you will support and advise various specialist departments in economic and social matters as well as in the design and negotiation of contracts with national and international partners. Development, design and negotiation of contracts in an international and dynamic environment focusing on research and development contracts, as well as purchasing and sales contracts

General legal advice of the supervised areas, mainly in management decisions

Advising the specialist departments in asserting and defending claims

Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and support in implementing new laws

two legal State Examina or a comparable international qualification

ideally the first professional experience in an international firm or an industrial company

comprehensive knowledge of trade and company law and international contract law

Understanding digital processes and information technologies

very good English knowledge of word and writing
