Services of object planning Building § 34+35 HOAI LPH 1-9 Consultancy, planning and monitoring of rebuilding and extension measures of residential and commercial buildings Creation of execution planning and performance directories Examination of assessment and settlement of external specialist companies

Complete technical studies (architecture / civil engineering / construction engineering) or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the field of building and/or rebuilding measures Very good computer knowledge; the application-proof handling of MS Office programs and industry-standard software is assumed Knowledge of the current DIN/EN standards and their design Careful, independent and reliable and flexible operation Certain, targeted and structured procedures High service, service and quality orientation as well as team skills readiness to travel Driving licence Class III (B)
