Your tasks as employees in the 2nd level Customer Service:

• Recording and processing of complaints
• appointments
• Hand tools
• Asset management
• Change of rates and bank connections
• Exhibition of vouchers

Your knowledge and skills:

• Completed commercial training of advantage, but not necessarily required
• Professional experience in commercial or customer service
• Friendly, open and communicative being
• Embossed service and customer orientation
