The technical support of our laboratory information systems LX (labsolution) and MOLIS (CGM) 2nd-level troubleshooting, system and script maintenance support, and active monitoring of running systems Coordination of requirements for our internal and external service providers Optimization and standardization of workflows and documentation Active cooperation in projects

Completed training in the field of (applied) computer science or comparable training Ideally multi-year professional experience in the technical support of complex medical software applications Good knowledge of Linux, Windows and Python; Experience with laboratory information systems of advantage Analytical thinking and problem-solving competence as well as resilience Good communication skills and independent working Sympathetic and sovereign appearance as well as pleasure in work in the team
