You act as a damage regulator* in the eventual processing of insurance damage in the field of property, card or liability insurance with our customers In your damages, you are responsible for the design of the entire damage management and control all damage elimination processes as well as the placement of services and services of our partner networks As part of your power of attorney, you will meet independent decisions – using our special digital platforms and customer service tools You negotiate with our customers, reviewers and experts to find case-specific solutions You identify fraud and initiate appropriate countermeasures You develop new service approaches together with other areas and implement resulting changes With your competence to achieve the team goals as well as for high customer satisfaction

You are a merchantwoman for insurance and finance, insurance professionalwoman or have a comparable training (e.g. as a lawyer, lawyer*in) and have first professional experience in this field. For the structured and problem-solving processing of damages with our customers and service providers in the partner network, you also enjoy new digital ways. You bring about enforcement, good communication skills and a high degree of negotiation security - your quality awareness is above average high. You have an independent, proactive and responsible working style and have a pronounced service and customer orientation.
