Pedagogical specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated and sensitive pedagogical specialist (educator) who will be active in our child and youth support facility. The ideal candidate should have pedagogical skills, empathy, and a pronounced ability to teamwork. The main task is to accompany, support and promote children and young people in their development.

Tasks

Accompanying children and young people or young adults in everyday life Design of leisure activities and projects Promoting and stabilising all relevant development areas Documentation of care services and educational processes Creation and implementation of educational planning Interdisciplinary cooperation with institutions, authorities and educational institutions Participation in aid planning, specialist consulting and supervision Crisis intervention

Your profile

Completed vocational training for educators, medical teachers, nurses (or comparable qualification) Willingness to cooperate in the team, specialist consulting and case-upervision as well as collegial supervision High social skills and psychological resilience Empathy, Enforcement, Communication and Conflictability Resource and solution-oriented thinking Willingness to flexible working hours Driving licence Kl. B (old class 3)
