Your tasks Development of customized security solutions: creation of individual safety concepts for demanding existing customers Project management in the field of safety technology: planning, control and monitoring of safety-related projects Project support: In presence at the construction sites to ensure project progress Object visits and inventory recordings: On-site analysis to detect technical requirements and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards Budget and Cost Management: Responsible for the Management and Control of Projects Customer and team coordination: Close cooperation with customers and internal executives Creation of dimensions and billing: Ensuring complete project-related documentation and billing Sales support: Support for sales in planning, costing and supply creation

What we expect: Complete technical training as well as several years of professional experience in construction and project management Long-term experience in the holistic support of construction projects Knowledge of safety technology (alarm systems, fire detection technology, video surveillance, access control systems) Business knowledge and well-founded experience in project management, project management and monitoring Safe handling of relevant standards and regulations in the field of construction work Required: DIN 14675 certification for the planning and design of safety equipment High customer and service orientation and willingness to regional service trips Willingness to learn and apply new technologies (technology openness) Structured and independent operation Knowledge of the ERP system “ES-Office” of advantage Identification with the values honesty, attention and helpfulness
