For a well-known company in Offingen we are now looking for employees in the sales service (m/w/d).

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Creating offers and invoices
• settlement of orders from the guarantee of availability of goods, the date of coordination, the creation of documents up to the timely delivery of goods and billing
• Support for sales in building new and intensifying existing customer relationships
• Organization and agreement of appointments for the field service
• Maintenance and updating of the sales database
• Administrative and organisational support in market management

Technical requirements

• Commercial training with corresponding professional experience in the required task
• Good communication skills and organizational talent
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• English knowledge is advantageous
